I am a parent, author, educator, speaker and blogger. My goal with this site is to shares my experience to empower parents and teachers in educating students- and themselves.

I have two children, a girl and a boy.

AUTHOR

I wrote Tutor Your Child to Reading Success because I know two things: reading truly is fundamental, and parents are perfectly capapble of teaching their children to read well and to love read.

EDUCATOR

Big to small, I've taught 'em all! I've been a teacher, instructor, tutor, resource and training specialist.

SPEAKER

I have presented seminars and workshops for schools, community and parent organizations. As a parent, I am able relate to parents' worries, fears and struggles. As an educator, I try to motivate, inform and empower parents to take charge of their children's academic success.
